Job Description
Job Responsibility
Drive great customer experience by driving awareness and understanding of the company's products and services.
Managing leads from the company's online channel to provide an end-to-end service to provide a good customer journey when using the company's services.
Managing inbound and outbound calls and correspondences for sales and services.
Provide accurate and complete information to customers on our products and services via whatsapp and calls.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Job Requirements
SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any fields with relevant working experience.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must be able to speak and write in English fluently.
Mandarin speakers are welcome.
Willing to work on shift basis (9am-6pm/1pm-10pm)
Preferable to have own transportation.
