Job Responsibility

• Calls potential customers to sell products or services.
• Shares the selling points for the products or services.
• Answers questions about the products or services.
• Recommends products or services based on their needs.
• Completes orders and notifies the appropriate department.
• Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback.
• Keeps contact and financial information confidential.
• Meets or exceeds quarterly sales goals.

Job Requirements

• At least SPM/SKM/SPMV/Alevel/Diploma or higher education.
• Posses Own Transport
• Experienced in customer service will be an added advantage.
• Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
