Job Responsibility

• Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about Appointments or services .
• Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Arrange Patients appointment and prepare customers invoices.
• Ensuring Customer Service satisfaction with clients
• Following process and procedure of the Company.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM.
• Ability to speak in mandarin and simple English 
  
• Preferably with outspoken personality.
  
• Presentable outlook and personality.
• With Customer Service experience is added advantage
• Computer Literate
• Handle Facebook & Instagram
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply too.
• Willing to work in Shifts
