Job Responsibilityo Screen CVs/Resume, conduct interviews and follow up candidates
o Understanding underlying job description and requirements set by clients
o Liaise with clients and candidates
o Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process
o Manage ATS(application tracking system)
o Building a strong pool of candidate pipeline.
o Actively engage with social media.
o Utilize method to attract candidates, including: database searching, referrals, advertising, etc.
o Ownership of end-to-end recruitment process
o Managing onboarding and new hire process.
o Staying abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
o Ensuring all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
