Job Responsibilityo Talent Acquisition Executive with hands on experience in recruitment strategies to source and identify SAP and Non - SAP consultants using various job portals, reference sites, internal database and should use all other channels available.
o Analyze, understand, and source the right candidates as per the requirements given to you from time to time.
o Maintain consultant data bases skill set wise and short list candidates, conduct telephonic interviews, with shortlisted candidates, schedule in-house and client interviews for shortlisted candidates.
o Responsible for entire recruitment cycle and ensure timely delivery of quality resumes.
o You will coordinate and cooperate with existing recruitment team on the resume sharing, there should not be any conflict then resume sharing will be an appropriate decision
o You will guide the team for closure, you will engage more with junior team and train them
o On-boarding of selected consultants and maintaining ownership of the consultants throughout the contract tenure.
o Should be able to train junior recruiters and lead them aligned with company's recruitment policy
