Job ResponsibilityOrder Management
- Accept and Process PO to Sales Order timely
- Generate DN (Normal Order)
- Generate Invoice to client/disty upon shipment to ensure revenue recognition.
- Coordinating with factory/warehouse on monthly delivery schedule and shipment documents
- Provide allocation list
- Upload price to system
- Documents archiving
Admin duties
- Generation of Sales Order List for filling
- Support any new biz start-up
- Participate in process automation initiatives to increase productivity, workflow optimization and procedures
- Issue pack/ship instruction requests to Logistics team
Stock Allocation
- Generate outstanding report
- Allocate based on forecast finalized by Product Manager
- Check schedule arrival and on-hand stocks
- Communicate completed allocation list
- Support direct drop shipment to Disty
Administrative Support
- Assist SCM department in necessary administrative support, follow up of samples unit movement.
- Support/back up team member on related Order Admin matters
- Provide support to team lead including analysing business process & workflow to identify room for improvement
Job RequirementsEducational Level:
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations or equivalent work experience.
Experience/ Technical Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years, Supply Chain operations experience in Hi Tech industry.
- Knowledge of all or some supply chain functional areas, order fulfilment customer service, Logistics.
- Working knowledge of computerized ERP environment, preferably SAP system.
- Good with Microsoft excel, and MS office tools.
