Job Responsibility

• Responsible for the overall management of the Hotel (Front Office).
• To manage daily operational task and requirements of departments & read incoming e-mails.
• Forecasting Hotel's financial position by working on the room occupancy & rooms revenue.
• Closely monitor on all OTA's for Hotel rooms and decide on the allotments and rates accordingly.
• Random check on room cleanliness and Hotel.
• Random check on room equipment like air-con & television
• Attending to guests' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
• Supervising staff and monitoring on the activities of the related dept.
• Read Guest Review at OTA and follow-up.
• Monitor trends of competition in the marketplace.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/bachelor's degree in Hotel Management. Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent.
• Ideally with minimum 3 years' experience in related field.
• Responsible, hardworking and having good knowledge in planning and managing the operations.
• Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skill.
• Organized, structured and efficient in daily workflows.
