Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include manpower planning, recruitment and selection, payroll processing, compensation, and Job Requirements
Job Benifits benefits & administration. Handling sourcing, selection, and recruitment work for blue collars and white collars. To conduct a new employee onboarding program and conduct exit interviews as and when needed. Involve in processing and preparing monthly payroll in a timely manner to ensure zero inaccuracies in payroll and related records, Responsible to deal with relevant government and statutory bodies to comply with government rules and regulations. Coordinates training and evaluates the employee's training needs. Participate in assigned HR projects or new initiatives for the long-term success of the organization in creating a high-performing culture. To handle foreign worker administration duties such as updating foreign worker master listing, arrangement for FOMEMA medical check-ups, passport, working permit renewal and etc. Assist in handling employee grievances to ensure a conducive working environment. This includes clarifying and explaining the implementation of company policies and procedures. Able to handle activities related to industrial relations, such as handling disciplinary cases and advising management on best practices to handle disciplinary-related cases. Undertake other duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time
