- Responsible for the day-to-day HR Department operation.
- To advice the management on certain issues relating on labour laws.
- Prepare monthly payroll effectively.
- Prepare company policies and rules. (Memo if needed)
- Responsible for HR Department documentations.
- Prepare reports and liaise with government offices. LHDN, KWSP, SOCSO, HRDC, CIDB.
etc
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Administration, Management or
equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years work experiences in payroll process.
- Familiar with SQL Payroll system.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel.
- Well versed in Malaysian Labour laws. (Sabah Labour Ordinance 1967 & EA 1955).
- Good communication in English.
