Job Description
Job Responsibility
Phone cold calling with potential customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company's products and services, and identify sales opportunities.
Handling new customer acquisition.
Understand prospect needs & enquiries and suggest most suitable pricing and quotation offer.
Achieve monthly sales margin and target given.
Establish good rapport with customers to maintain business relationship/retention.
Increasing the spend by product penetration and managing the margin of accounts visited.
Work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure full customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Minimum 0.5 yrs of working experience in the related field is required for this position (i.e. Sales experience in B2B/B2C industry).
Min Diploma/Degree in any field.
Willing to work at Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
