Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible for maintaining, supporting and implementing communication network within an organization.
Rapid troubleshooting and repair of network related issues.
Maintain the high availability and performance of the data center networks.
Assist with design, develop, and deploy appropriate network solutions and cabling structure as requested.
Assist with identifying, testing and developing new network technologies collaboratively that increase value for the business.
Proactively identify technology gaps and develop and implement appropriate solutions collaboratively.
Work closely with data center, systems and other groups on business projects, assignments, problems, etc. Maintain excellent relationships.
Create formal guidelines, policies and procedures related to ensuring the smooth and error-free operations of the data center networks.
Maintain daily work log and provide clear and regular project updates using the reporting systems.
Create and maintain clear and accurate network documentation.
Deliver assigned task within timeline
Maintain on existing network equipment for customer
Liaise with IT personnel for problem resolution
Job Requirements
Professional Certification (CCNA, CCNP), diploma in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications or Equivalent
Required language: Proficient in English (spoken & written) and Mandarin (speaking)
5-7 years of hands-on network development experience on an advanced network.
At least 5 years' experience in working within a data center or networking related environment
Experience in project leadership and management
Ability to collaborate and partner with teams to overcome challenges
Ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic work environment
Ability to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision
Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting computer and server hardware
Experience with networking protocols
Experience in navigating and troubleshooting operating systems
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
Self-starter, self-motivated, positive attitude, and good team player.
Possess own transport and have no issue to work based at Bayan Lepas office.
Ability to start within short notice period.

Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Peoplg Management: 3 - 5 network engineers.
Current team size: 23 technical staffs
