Job Description
Job Responsibility
Responsible for all inspection and supervisory of M&E works at responsibilities site.
Ensure works carried out by contractors are in accordance to Approved drawings, specifications, Work Method Statements and Safety Measures.
Identifying technical problems on site, to recommend corrective Action and issue directions as authorised under the contract.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors & project team to ensure smooth running of the project at site.
Independent witness testing of commissioning and keep appropriate records of results.
Job Requirements
Registered as Inspector of Work with BEM is required.
