Job Description
Job Responsibility
Liaise with customers on quality, specification issues and continuous improvement programs
Visit customers when necessary to provide quality services
Coordinate with all relevant departments with reference to customers' requirements, complaints and quality issues for resolution and update to FMEA
Coordinate the implementation of PPAP requirements for customers
Follow up on the effectiveness of corrective action plans
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for internal review and submission to customers
Carry out internal quality audit from beginning to the end
Support QA head on maintenance of the QMS performance improvement program's review and ensure that all actions drawn from NC product and ICAR are carried out accordingly
Collect and compile SPC data
Support calibration planning including MSA activity
Maintain good housekeeping in working area
Perform data collection of evaluation and analysis
Implement Ho-Ren-So on NC or suspicious found during work
Job Requirements
Degree in related field
Preferably 3 years or above relevant working experience in QA field
Knowledge in SPC and MSA
Knowledge in problem solving methodology ( QC tools)
Knowledge in IATF16949 quality standard (Automotive)
Familiar in root cause analytic tools (Fish Bone Diagram, YY Analysis)
Good communication skills
Able to coordinate meetings/presentation independently
