Job Responsibility- Able to handle full set of accounts and consolidated group financial reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
- Participate in strategic data analysis, and products cost analysis.
- Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests.
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial information. 8. Predicting future financial trends.
- Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors.
- Preparation of the company budget, forecast and projection;
- Finalization of accounts for annual audit and taxation matters;
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Requirements- Primary Language: Mandarin (Required to Liaise with China HQ) Required spoken and written language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidate must possess at least ACCA / Degree in Accounting / Finance or its relevant.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-driven and possess strong work ethics.
- Familiar in using Auto count Accounting will be an added advantage.
- MS Excel (intermediate level and above).
- 5 years of working experience in accounting and / or financial analysis, at least 2 years of working experience as Senior Finance Executive level or above.
- Proven knowledge of book keeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulation.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and data mining tools (Accounting software; Auto counts, MSOffice; strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and etc).
- High attention to details and accuracy.
- Excellent business judgment, analytical, decision-making skills and good communication skills;both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standard, tax compliance, planning knowledge and relevant legislation such as company act, employment act and etc.
- Strong leadership quality, confident and self motivated.
- Required to Liaise with China HQ
