Job Description
Job Responsibility
Resolving customer queries through inbound & outbound calls, and emails.
Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Professional customer service skills with a solutions mindset including the ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience
Constantly work towards improving customer experience
Handle customers and vendors requests, as well as external communication with them
Perform cross-sell on additional bank products and services
To capture client feedback for future improvement.
Processing payment and client information in a manner that is precise and safeguards the customers personal and payment information's
Pro-active support to customers to prevent damage to brand loyalty
Works with other team members in identifying better ways in providing better customer support
Job Requirements
Proficient in English (Spoken & Written), and fluent in Mandarin (Speaking Only)
Possess a minimum of SPM qualification or above
Candidate must possess a minimum of 6 months inbound call customer service/call-center/BPO or any relevant experience.
Experience working in a finance & banking industry is an added advantage.
Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours per day, 5 days per week)
Able to start work immediately (Intake date: 19th Dec 2022)
