Taking customer calls and providing accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
Managing and tending to customers' enquiries through various communication channels such as hotline calls, emails, social media and live chat channels.
De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support as well as resolutions and advice as deemed appropriate.
Calling customers to inform them about the company's new products, services, and policies.
Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services.
Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about billing, refunds, discounts, and other account items.
Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required.
Job Requirements
Pleasant personality with good communication, written and oral skills in English, and Mandarin
Diploma /Degree holder in any discipline or SPM/STPM/IGCSE or equivalent qualification with relevant working experience
Preferably min 1year experience in Contact Centre, experience in hospitality/Online Travel Agency and customer service Computer literate and internet savvy.
Positive attitude and a team player with passion in delivering World Class customer service.
Willing to work in a shift environment (24/7 operations)
Ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed set performance standards
