Job Description
Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
Perform data entry
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
Maintain office supplies for department
Job Requirements
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
Fresh graduated applicants are encourage to apply.
Candidates with 1 year working experience will be added advantage.
Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
Required language(s): English, and Mandarinn
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
