Job Description
Job Responsibility
To liaise and provide assistance for the benefit and/or revenue related queries to the offsite teams, members of the public and third party organizations.
Liaising with customers/agents in branch & via the telephone in regards to queries, complaints & bookings.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification
A good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese is a must.
Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shifts, 5 rotational days per week including weekend & PH (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break) (Shift allowance is provided)
Must be able to start work on 14 Dec 2022
Possess own transport
Have no issue to be based at Ara Damansara, PJ

Variable Allowances: KPI Allowance Up to RM 700 + Night Shift Allowance Up to RM300 + OT Claim (Average take home salary is RM 3,200 - RM 3,700++)
