Job Responsibility1. To ensure Reservation Staff comply with policies and procedures.
2. To ensure Reservation staff complies and follows the reservation procedure & rules.
3. Reservation Agent is directly responsible for handling telephone inquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input into the computer system.
4. The Reservations agent must at all times maintain a professional, yet the friendly business manner in all guest and client liaison, personally, in correspondence and on the telephone.
5. Ensuring that reservations are processed based on the established room availability, applicable rates, and billing arrangements.
6. Sells rooms in such a manner to maximize revenue and occupancy with guest satisfaction
7. The Reservations has to pay particular attention to the use of the Guest History facility in the PMS system.
