Job Responsibilityo To source for candidates through cold callings, on-line advertisements, networking and referrals, data base search, directories search and any other methods - daily.
o To interview and assess the candidates' suitability.
o To prepare reports and present candidates to the client.
o To follow up and coordinate for client interviews.
o To persuade candidate in accepting the client's offer.
o To conduct reference checks on candidates.
o To do follow-up on existing accounts and or prospecting for new client through seminar, newspaper advertisements, referrals, and on-line advertisements.
o To establish own Industrial Practice Group.
o To maintain relationship with both clients and candidates.
