Job Responsibility

• To manage cash collection cycles ensuring that the collection target is achieved.
• Assist in reduction of debtors' turnover days.
• Review debtors aging, credit limits and to follow up closely on customer outstanding amounts and provide updates on payment status.
• Discuss and resolve billing disputes with customer.
• Dunning process -To prepare and send out monthly statements & overdue reminders to all customer.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
