Job ResponsibilityJob Responsible for Receptionist cum General Clerk :
1. Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required Dealing with email inquiries
2. Taking minutes and record all the Note
3. Maintain all the office work and arranging Data entry (item inventory, etc)
4. General office management such as filing all the important file & maintain office cleanliness 5. Organizing all the documents and file
6. Providing administration support.
7. Clean Up the Front Desk area
