Job ResponsibilityAdministrative assistants perform administrative and office support for supervisors. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, maintaining the office facilities running smoothly, and ensuring that equipment and appliances work properly.
3.0 Summary of Functions
Responsible for overall secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
4.0 Essential Duties & Responsibilities
4.1 To answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, and requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
4.2 Perform general reception duties, including attending to phone enquires whenever possible and re-direct calls as appropriate and taking adequate message
4.3 Filling and any others general admin duties
4.4 Update daily work in customer's invoice
4.5 Stationeries stocks control i.e. ordering, receiving and records update
4.6 Help when necessary
4.7 Daily update workers' attendance
4.8 Daily update workers' leave application
4.9 Assist all departments for any tasks to be made
