Job Responsibilityo Coordinate and maximise the number of appointments, optimising the appointment with the veterinarians
o Keep the information updated about the services provided by the practice
o Manage the system of booster and check-up reminders with clients. Perform necessary reminder to customers with medical or surgical appointments
o Register, maintain and keep client information constanstly updated
o Replenish stationery and pantry refills on appropriate timing intervals
o Perform stock-check for stock replenishment and expiry alert
o Be attentive to pet owners who are waiting to be seen. Record and pass on messages
o Keep the reception area neat, clean, well -ventilated and looking professional
o Maintain a professional, empathy and respectful attitude, both in person at reception and virtually on phone or messaging
o Ensure no clients leave the practice without either a new appointment scheduled or an updated appointment physical or digital card
