Greet and welcome members/guests.
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them if necessary.
Retain and providing information for all policies, events and fees.
Must be able to work independently and in a team setting.
Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with coworkers efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
One (1) year experience as Front Office Receptionist or Guest Services at a hotel or resort preferred.
SPM/ Diploma or equivalent credentials.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Windows XP and Microsoft Office software applications such as: Word, Excel, and Outlook
Trustworthy, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skill.
