Job ResponsibilityEssentials Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone. Answering or referring inquiries. Answer all incoming calls and transfer to the respective person correctly.
2. Register Red visitor pass for those who come training daily or weekly. People for Petronas/interview or etc.
3. Register walk-in visitors and inform the respective persons to come to the lobby to pick them up. VIP visitors will send them directly to respective floors.
4. Manage Kaba system and Epacs system for lift and doors access.
5. Received delivery mail (documents & parcels) and distribute them accordingly.
6. Handle driver's schedule, and arrange transport if drivers are not available.
7. Responsible to order pantry and stationery items in 1-click request portal whenever stock is finishing.
8. Verify driver's overtime form and petrol card invoice, and send to authority for approval.
9. Responsible to manage staff house booking for employees.
10. Updates HSE report into the SLB Quest system and help some paper works to the Facility Manager ADEN
11. Create monthly and ad-hoc Purchase Order when required.
12. Checking pantry and stationery stock once a week to make sure stock is sufficient.
13. Ensure the workplace is organized and clean.
14. Perform duties when is assigned by the superior.
