Job Description


Job Responsibility
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
o Plan and conduct independent internal and surveillance audits on all Departments and submit report on completion.
o Carry out and summarize Course Critique feedbacks accordance with Plan and submit Course Critique Summary Sheet to QAM for review and verification.
o Submit Corrective Action Request (CAR) to auditors of respective Departments for necessary actions.
o File, monitor and update all CAR and audit related documents, and folders.
o Monitor all outstanding CARs and hastening for remedial actions from respective CARs owners
o Permanent secretary of QACM, QPRC.
o Monitor and respond to external auditors' reported deficiencies and non-compliances.
o Participate in discussion of quality matters and recommend appropriate solutions or corrective action to rectify quality deficiencies.
o Promote Quality related information as necessary.
o Organizing and coordinating In-House Training according to Plan.
o Carry out independent internal and surveillance audits on all Departments and submit report on completion.
o Update and print DML/CDDL/TL database at least once every quarter.
o Process all requisitions within 24 hours for effective support of QA Dept. on operations (e.g. process claim, leave, transport, meeting room booking request).
o Involve in printing, distributing and storage of AMEC approved documents (e.g. MTOE, COP, Training Notes) in accordance with AMEC policies and procedures.
o Prepare, update and print students' Final Transcripts/Certificates and issue to students via Student Affairs.
o File/update important documents/folders/databases (e.g. minutes of meeting, requisition request, approved documents etc).
o Prepare Internal Quality Auditor appointment letter for QAM endorsement.
o Monitors adequate supply of stationeries, forms/labels etc. for department use and raises RF when necessary.
o Raises maintenance request form for detective office furniture/equipment.
o Assist QAM in carrying out administration and maintenance of Archives.
