Job Scope:
1. Assisting data entry into the system for reporting purposes.
2. Assist to serve available units to fulfill customer orders within appropriate time and priority to avoid exceeding the service level.
3. Manage the daily communication with customers by answering customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
4. Support internal stakeholders by requesting missing information to customers (PFR, unserviceable component details, etc.).
5. Participate in the internal meetings with other stakeholders (backlog review, operation drumbeat).
6. Perform any other duties as assigned by the team and the reporting superior.
Degree in Aviation Engineering, Aviation Management or related.
Spoken languages: English mandatory
Able to work in shift-hour is an advantage
Will be based at KLIA, Sepang.
Malaysia Citizen
Maximum 30 years old at the point of application
Priority will be given to Fresh Graduate who have yet to secure employment or worked in a lower qualification-level employment
