Job ResponsibilityPosition :Payroll Process Manager
Responsible for planning, assigning, reviewing and coaching team members for successful completion of their operational duties and to strive for excellence.
Review existing procedures to streamline them and also identify areas of process improvements to increase the productivity of the team.
Complete ownership of all process that the team handles for their clients and for the members growth & progress
Comply with the standard operating norms of the organization IMS, QMS and ISMS procedures.
Serve as point of escalation for your client's queries which are to be resolved within defined SLA.
Take part in the hiring and onboarding process i.e. work closely with HR team in identifying the right candidate.
Participates in cross-functional, divisional or other projects that adds value.
Experience :
At least 8+ years in handling operations and anchoring a team.
Knowledge on compensation structure, payroll and statutory is vital.
Ability to showcase experience in use of Excel and PowerPoint .
Ability to articulate well and create strong connects with internal and external stakeholders.
Effective time management, organization, and planning skills required.
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and mentoring skills expected.
Strong experience in Malaysia Payroll process
