Job Description
Job Responsibility
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
Ability to assist customer to resolve issues face when shopping with poplook.
Ability to communicate and work closely with operation team.
Responsible to make sure that customer is happy with the service provided.
Responsible to carry out any task assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least STPM, Diploma or Degree in any field.
Required language(s): fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Competent MS Office: Word and Excel.
Good follow up and communication skills, aggressive and target oriented, independent and able to work with minimum supervision and good interpersonal skills.
Able to work on weekend & public holiday.
Duration working period is 3~4 months (start on January 2023)
1 PART-TIME position available.
