Job Description
Job Responsibility
End-to-End Responsibility of Order Processing and Enquiry Management as well as Data/Reporting and Billing Enquiries for all Corporate Customers and Account Managers.
Accountability to Complete all Daily tasks, requests, and enquiries within the same business day.
Able to handle all forms of complaints on products, services, billing, and general enquiries in a calm fashion and see out till resolution.
Willingness to take on new tasks, projects aligned with Enterprise Customer Operations.
Multitasking across various Business Support and Billing Systems.
Handle calls from Customers for Enquiry / Escalation
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder with 1 year experience
Must have excellent English communication skill
Willing to do Overtime
Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm) job, however, prefer someone who can work on weekends when required
Open to be placed in any unit in Order Processing Department
Available immediately to join
Must be Fully Vaccinated with Booster
