Job Responsibility

• To process invoice, orders and customer request.
• Review daily order log.
• Input orders into company system.
• Create paperwork for outbound deliveries.
• Track shipments and update master list.
• Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments.
• Communicate delivery updates with sales team.
• Monitor inventory and order more supplies when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Must have minimum Diploma in any field.
• Must have at least 6 months of working experience in order processing, admin or clerical.
• Must be willing to work from KLCC.
• Must be willing to work extra hours.
