Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Handle customer enquiries on Social Media (FB, IG)
  • Follow Up customer
  • Responsible for handling messages across the social media platforms
  • Close sales and act on any required customer follow up
  • Manage social media FB & IG Page
  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns, brainstorm for social media postings
  • Maintain knowledge of a company product knowledge

Job Requirements
  • Aggresive, Patient, and Responsible
  • Fluent in writing & communicating in both Mandarin
  • Active with Social media (FB & IG)
  • Fresh gradurated is welcome
  • Have a high enthusiasm for digital marketing / e-commerce
  • Willing to learn, work hard, and be self-motivated
