Job Description
Job Responsibility
To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems.
To be constantly guided by the company's service standards.
Good typing skills and ability to chat with customers in Live Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Messenger, etc.
Effectively manage large numbers of incoming chats.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Foreigners are welcome (Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam)
Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage (Optional)
Previous working experience in customer service or customer service-related fields (i.e., Telemarketing, Live Chat, Customer Liaison, etc.) is an added advantage but not essential
Knowledge of handling basic computers (Microsoft Excel/Word etc.).
