Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems.
  • To be constantly guided by the company's service standards.
  • Good typing skills and ability to chat with customers in Live Chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, Messenger, etc.
  • Effectively manage large numbers of incoming chats.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Job Requirements
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Foreigners are welcome (Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam)
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage (Optional)
  • Previous working experience in customer service or customer service-related fields (i.e., Telemarketing, Live Chat, Customer Liaison, etc.) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Knowledge of handling basic computers (Microsoft Excel/Word etc.).
