Job Responsibility

• Manage & serve offline walk in customers, product knowledge will be provided.
• Manage online orders, packing and shipping.
• Manage customer queries from online platform.
• Manage, update and order stocks and inventory.
• Organise stock room stocks.
• Manage & produce social media content on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.

Requirements :

• Able to speak English & Malaysia (required), Mandarin (Plus point)

• Plus point if able to use PC design software : Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Able to use social media apps : Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
• Have interest in gadgets and technology (plus point)
