Job Description
Job Responsibility
Handle inbound calls about food delivery services in Hong Kong.
Provide information to customers regarding food delivery information.
To handle all incoming and email calls related to food delivery services
To provide transportation information to facilitate customer travel
Job Requirements
Candidate with SPM level qualification.
Able to speak fluently in Traditional Mandarin is a must (Read, Speak, Type)!
Basic English is acceptable for this role.
Applicant must be willing to work on 24 hours Rotational Shift (9 hours per shift), 6 days working per week (Schedule will be given weekly/monthly)
Have no issue to be based at Johor Office
Able to join on November 2022
Job Benifits
RM3,000 Basic + 6 Days Work Allowance RM300 + KPI Allowance Max RM400 + Night Shift Allowance Max RM300 + OT Claim (Average all-in salary RM 3,300 - RM 4,000)
