Job Responsibility

• To implement policies, activities, procedures, instructions are relevant and required by the Head of Department.
• Maintain good and effective communication with customers via online chatting system.
• Responsible for producing creative content for social media platforms, marketing communication media and others.
• Identify customers' needs and recommend new topics.
• Optimise online advertisements to increase clients and brand awareness.
• Assist in social media platforms image for regular promotion, promotion posting and website posting.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate that have relevant working experience / Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Fluent in English and or Mandarin/ Cantonese
• Creative, can-do attitude & energetic
• Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous
• Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office & Adobe Photoshop
