Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • Renewal of principal's and agency firm's license, including liaising with the principal and/or directors for all document signing
  • Arrange application and registration to attend course for all agents
  • To deal with name card, flyer, banner forms, letters, and other documents relating to the firm, including printing arrangement and delivery
  • To check all agents' documents for sheet opening and claims submission, before forwarding to the Account.
  • To assist notify the agents wen the document issued by the Account (cheque, invoice, official receipt, and payment voucher)
  • To prepare tenancy agreement & adjudication cum stamping
  • To record and update all booking transactions relating to the firm's projects
  • To update the individual sales performance of each agent
  • To handle restock and procurement of equipment, sundries, or other essentials relating to office
  • To update health report or any report that required by the authority (Miti, KKM and etc)

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 Year working experience and above as Office Admin or any related role
  • Past experience working in real estate firm is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Words, Office, PPT)
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good attitude and polite.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a must for this role! Average English is acceptable for this role!
  • Possess own transport.
  • Have no issue starting work within short notice.
  • Have no issue with base at Bukit Serdang showroom for now, and travel back to Seksyen 19 office to support when the showroom site is closed. (Travel Allowance will be provided for more than 20km traveling on a daily basis)
  • Require to conduct a medical check-up prior to accepting the offer (Claimable with Company)

Job Benifits
  • Basic salary: RM 2,500 - RM 2,800 (Subject to Current Salary, Exp and Interview Performance)
  • Attendance Allowance: RM 200 (Monthly Basis)
  • Salary Adjustment Upon Confirmation (Subject to Work Performance)
  • EPF + SOCSO + AL + ML
  • Out of Office Claim (Mileage, Toll, Parking, if any)
  • Parking is provided (applicable for own transport only)

Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Tue to Sat - 5 working days)

Working Location: Temporarily at Bukit Serdang, but once Sales Gallery closed, will have to base back at Seksyen 19, PJ.
