Job Description
Job Responsibility
Resolving customer queries through calls, emails, and live chats
Identifying customer needs and assisting them in using specific feature and functionalities in my client's social media platform
Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
Professional customer service skills with a solutions mindset including the ability to deliver an exemplary customer experience
Constantly work towards improving customer experience
Handle customers and vendors requests, as well as external communication with them
Job Requirements
High proficiency in English + Mandarin (Both written + Spoken) + Cantonese (Plus Point)
Candidate possess with 6 months of customer service / call-center / front desk or any relevant experience is preferred.
Must be able to work 24 hours rotational shift (9 hours per day, 5 days per week)
Able to start work immediately (Intake date: Oct/Nov 2022)
Required experience: (Diploma holder) minimum 1 year call center / customer service; (SPM holder) minimum 3 years call center / customer service
Degree Holder (Without experience) is welcomed to apply!
Experienced in handling livechat would be an added advantage!
Job Benifits
Salary package: Basic Up to RM 3,500 + Allowances (Average can up to RM4,000)
