Job ResponsibilityTo handle and identify customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries on booking confirmation and monitoring of shipments.
Proactive in communication with oversea business partners.
Execute the daily customer service task; email/send pre-alert, update shipment schedules, prepare reports required, documentation/filing and billing and others.
To identify and solve problems in a timely manner and find alternative solutions
Relationship with Airlines / Ocean liners will be an added advantage.
To liaise with Airlines / Ocean liners/ Local Transportation
To carry out any duties as instructed by superior from time to time.
To perform any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.
