Job Responsibility- Achieve monthly target set by the company - personal target
- Clinic customer service associates answering incoming calls and reply message
- Call and Manage of patient appointments and schedules.
- Register for a new and existing patient.
- Routine medical procedures, as appropriate for clinic operations.
- Liaised with clinic associate for smooth continuity of patient care.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone
- Daily Medication stock counting and recording
- Daily routine to check the cleanliness of premises outdoor and indoor
- Responsible for the daily cash handling
- Provide full support on matters related to clinic operation
- Provide professional training and career development opportunities
- Other tasks as required from time to time under the direction of superior.

- Able to speak and write in languages English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin speaker and written will be advantage
- Location: Mid Valley, Puchong, One Utama , Solaris Mont Kiara , Sunway Velocity
- Working Hour: 10am- 7pm / 11am - 8pm Weekday, 10am - 6pm weekend
- 5 day off per month including Sunday
