Job Responsibility

• Generate calls to existing and potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales quota.
• Sample script will be provided and to deliver scripted sales pitch to the customer.
• Attend to customers' inquiries professionally and deliver good customer service by focusing on customers' requirements and needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum with Diploma / Degree in any field.
• Proficient to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum of 3 to 6 months experience in Telemarketing.
• Able to start immediately.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill.
