Job Summary

The recruitment assistant role is responsible for talent acquisition initiatives to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the best-fit candidates while growing a strong talent database.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

To provide day-to-day support in the HR Recruitment spectrum
To assist in the recruitment process such as posting job advertisements, conducting phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interviews, etc. aligned with local regulations, Company policies, and procedures
Provide coordination and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Pre-screen candidates' resumes and calls.
Post and promote job ads across available platforms such as social media and other portals.
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports/analyses on recruitment activities.
Track/ monitor vacancy progress/ staff's movement and ensure the recruitment processes are executed according to hiring operating procedures and policy and the vacancies are successfully closed in the stipulated turnaround time.
Carry out daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment reports and audit files.
Coordinate hiring activities
Job Specification

Minimum Degree in human resources, business administration, or any relevant discipline.
At least 1 - 2 years experience in HR / Recruitment field
An energetic, creative, and results-driven individual with well-written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel & PowerPoint) and familiar with web-based technologies and social media to support recruiting activities, i.e. LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Well-versed in corporate recruitment processes i.e. interviewing/ assessment experiences and skills, experience in frontline or customer-facing roles, will all be an added advantage.
Excellent communication skills.
Able to Speak in Tamil (?????) / Hindi ?????? to deal with Indian Foreign Workers
Based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
