Job ResponsibilityMAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
o Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc
o Maintain HR operational documents eg. Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc
o Management of staff training (liaise with training providers / documentation preparation / allocation & record / analysis)
o Conduct an orientation program for all newly hired employees
o Asist in recruitment process
o Support end to end life cycle for employees from on boarding to off boarding
o Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
o Asist in any other task assigned.
o On-boarding and induction activities
o Responsible for the preparation of letters, including but not limited to letters of appointment, confirmation, promotion, etc.
o Leave application & attendance records management
o Oversees the training administration and grant applications.
o Generate monthly reports for Management review
o Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
o Ability in multi-tasking, confident, meticulous and have excellent communication skills To quality/thrive in this role, the ideal candidate will be degree qualified with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources
o He/she must be well versed in Malaysian Labour Laws & latest recommendations by Government authorities
