Job Responsibilityob Descriptions:
*Responsible for foreign workers management under Company and agents.
*To handle the immigration and administration related work for foreign workers.
*Liaison with agents.
*Responsible for application and renewal of work permit & passport.
*To conduct employee boarding, including passports administration, hostel arrangements, and related foreign workers welfare.
*Responsible for managing and updating foreign workers profile and information within the foreign worker master file.
*Manage the hostel administration and to ensure hostel condition meets the requirements.
*Able to monitor and plan the headcount for foreign workers to meet company labour requirements.
*Ensure employee follows all company's policy and standard.
*Person in-charge for emergency cases happened to employee, related to imigration, handle other authorities settlement tasks and willing to standby anytime.
*Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
*Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or any related fields with minimum 2 years working experience in food & beverage/ hotel/ manufacturing or retail industry.
*Strong organizational and planning skills.
*Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people of all levels.
*Preferable male candidate and able to join immediately.
*Candidate who lived in Seri Kembangan is added advantage.
*Good knowledge in Employment Act and other related regulations.
*Posses own transport.
