Job ResponsibilityJob Description
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
o Ensure relevant recruitment processes are delivered effectively.
o Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates including candidate tracking and scheduling of the candidate through the recruitment process, providing first-line screening, managing interview schedules for candidates, and hiring managers.
o Represent the organization to the candidates in the best aspect possible for the ideal perception.
o Consistently create an incredible candidate experience to drive positive employment brand awareness
o Source candidates for vacancies using a range of mediums and channels. Determine best approaches to discover top talent through direct search, professional networking, referrals, social media, job boards and recruitment partnerships to deliver top-notch candidates in an efficient and effective manner
o Draft and post the best job advertisements to attract the best potential candidates.
o Conduct reference/background checks for suitable candidates.
o Build and maintain relationships with Aptude' s clients to identify gaps and hiring needs.
o Updating and maintaining an internal database of relevant candidates.
o Monitors own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services and provided in line with established SLAs and KPIs.
Requirements:

o Bachelor's Degree or similar experience required. Diploma accepted for experienced candidate.
o Effective written and oral communication skills
o Ability to present ideas and processes to clients and Recruiting manager.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Word, Excel, and Power Point)
o Ability to learn and utilize job boards
o Ability to learn Malaysia compliance/employment laws and practices
o Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
o Demonstrates strong initiative and is a self-starter
o Disciplined, committed and consistent and accountable.
o Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources work.
o Loves to take up challenges.
o A team player with evidence of innovative ideas and approaches to solve problems.
o Ability to earn the trust and respect at all levels across the organization through leading by example and setting high personal and ethical standards.
