Job Responsibility
Provide support in all the processes and efforts carried by human resources managers.
Assist with the day to day operations of HR functions and duties.
Responsible for general HR functions including to employee monthly attendance, Overtime calculation, update leave application, medical claims and absenteeism.
Expert with Employment Act 1951
Update and maintain employee personal information.
Timely & orderly submission of payroll process after cut-off date
Proper filing for all documentation
Other or ad-hoc assignments
