Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
Payroll:
- Learn all of KVC's Payroll System and support the team with various projects and tasks
- Data input and validation
- Analyze and reconcile records
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by supervisor
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in the recruitment process of interns and employees
- Calling candidates for phone screening
- Assist in managing the onboarding process of new hires
- Prepare personal files for employees
- Key in new hires information a day before their onboarding
- Other ad-hoc tasks requested by supervisor
Requirements:
- Candidate must be taking at least bachelor's degree in human resource management or
Business Administration or any relevant course.
- Have good communication skills
- Have knowledge in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Internship duration: at least 3 months
- Willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi
