o Distribute to the right channel i.e HRE / HRM for further action
Handling of Job Applicants (R&F)
o Issuing of Job Application Form
o Screening Application and verifying details and supporting documents
o Coordinating interview
o Follow up on status of Application
Appointment of New Hires - Rank & File
o Preparation of letter for the opening of bank account
o Preparation of letter for Medical checkup
o Send for Police vetting
o Coordinating date of join
o Preparing of Letter of Appointment
o Registration of New Hire:-
- Issuance of Employee Handbook, Staff Locker, Name
Tag, Thumb Print, Medical Card etc.
- Uniform Fitting
- To open Personal File for new hire - Rank & File
- Check /Register EPF on i-akaun if no number given
- Register new hire in the Quickpay System
- Handover file to HRM for verification
o To arrange typhoid inoculation for new associates
Resignation (R&F)
o To conduct Exit Interview for resigned staff
o To prepare acknowledgement of resignation letter upon Staff's last day
o To ensure proper staff clearance
o To extend a copy of clearance form to payroll section
Office Administration
o Screening calls and taking message
o General Store Requisition / Purchase Requisition
o Ensuring cost saving of paper / stationary usage
Staff Welfare - Facilities Maintenance
o Inspecting the staff facilities i.e. Female / Male locker, Cafeteria
and Water Cooler /Heater on daily basis
o Inspecting the staff facilities i.e. Female / Male locker, Cafeteria
o Liaising with Housekeeping Department of Locker rooms and Rest areas
o Liaising with Stewarding on the cleanliness of Cafeteria
o Issuing job order or maintenance work need to be done and follow up on
the status with Maintenance Department
o Updating of Staff Notice Board
