Job Description


Job Responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Work with Section Head/Supervisor to support and maintain the human resource management functions, operational procedures and guidelines to meet the Company business objectives.
- Comply with operational procedures and guidelines within the section's responsibility in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist to develop policies, operational procedures and guidelines for specific operational processes within the section's areas of responsibility in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Process employee reimbursement, insurance claims, monthly housing and vehicle loans repayment, employee purchase and employee loan application.
- Administer and coordinate with Division/ Subsidiary on human resource management-related matters; as well as update and maintain staff records in HR systems.
- Assist in the implementation of human resource related systems, procedures and work processes to enhance internal controls and improve efficiency.
- Assist in related staff activities and other HR administrative matters.
- Undertake any other related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Development or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar field.
- Good knowledge of Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act.
- Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment legislation, Sarawak Labour Ordinance and Industrial Act.
- Intermediate knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
